Stir Fried Maggie Noodles

"Fast to cook and good to eat". That's rite it's none other then Maggi Noodles:) An all time favorite for everyone.During my teenage years 1 packet of Maggi noodles,water,egg and a pan is all I need to satisfy my hunger during midnight or exam times.Whenever there's an ad on TV with Maggi Noodles-my son will start asking for them even if he had finished his dinner few minutes ago.

Serving Size:4

Ingredients:
4 packets of Maggi Noodles
5 cloves of garlic minced
1 large onion sliced
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped cabbage
1/2 cup broccoli
1/2 cup chopped cauliflower
1tsp soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
chopped coriander leaves
chopped spring onions

Preparation Methods:
Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the Maggie noodles til tender - drain and keep aside. Heat a wok with a couple spoons of oil and fry the minced garlic til fragrant. Then add the sliced onions and fry for 10 minutes. Add all the vegetables with some salt, pepper and soy sauce. Cook the vegetable to tender and then add the Maggie seasoning powder. Allow the vegetable to cook in the seasoning. Finally add the noodles along with the chopped coriander and spring onion leaves. Blend well and transfer to serving bowl.
