Thai Fried Noodles

Thai Fried Noodles
Serving Size:4

Ingredients
2 cups noodles
2tbsp Thai Red Curry Paste
1 cup cooked chicken fillets
1tbsp minced garlic
1tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp lime juice
2tbsp cornflour
1/2 cup beans sprouts
1/3 cup unsalted roasted peanuts
chopped coriander leaves

Preparation Methods:
Add the noodles to a large pan of boiling water and drain immediately rinse,drain and pat dry.

Heat the oil in wok-stir-fry the garlic until fragrant then-add the-Thai red curry paste and all the spice sauce.Blend the corn flour with water and stir in slowly to thicken the sauce. As the sauce starts to boil-add the chicken and beans sprouts. Mix them well. Finally add the noodle , peanuts and stir till the sauces are well blended with the noodles.Remove form flame and transfer to serving plate with chapped coriander leaves.
